Terms of Service

1. Service

GoorPivot (“we”, “our”, “the Service”) provides AI-powered market research and startup idea validation tools accessible at goorpivot.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older to use GoorPivot. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@goorpivot.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions and credits

The Service operates on a credit model. Monthly plan credits are granted at the start of each billing period and expire at the end of it. Top-up credits purchased separately never expire. All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT where required. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through the billing portal. We do not offer refunds for unused credits or partial billing periods.

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), you expressly waive your right of withdrawal (droit de rétractation) for digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. This waiver is confirmed at the point of payment.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not: attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract outputs for resale; submit ideas that contain personally identifiable information of third parties without consent; use the Service to generate content intended to mislead investors or regulators; or interfere with the availability or integrity of the Service.

5. AI-generated content

Reports are generated by AI and are provided for informational and research purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Market figures and projections are estimates based on publicly available data at the time of analysis. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on Service outputs. Always verify material figures independently before relying on them.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the business ideas you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process your input solely to deliver the Service. We retain ownership of the software, design, and infrastructure. You may not reproduce or redistribute reports commercially without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoorPivot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including lost profits or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, with or without notice. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before deletion; after deletion data is permanently removed within 30 days.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Consumer mediation

In accordance with Article L.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, if a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, you may refer it free of charge to a certified consumer mediator. 12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law (droit français). Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
